I found Kevin prompt courteous and efficient. He came when he said he would, gave me a price later the same day and turned up to do the job on the day and time he said he would. Kevin and his team are always great to work with, they completed a re roof on our 1970's skillion roofed house. The design and vent system used in this project made for some tricky problems to solve which Kevin came up with some great solutions for and the result is a great looking roof installed to an awesome standard. We had a problem with a leak in our roof and these guys came out and fixed it quickly and efficiently - very happy with the service.

Kevin and his team are very good communicators and provided clear information about the job. They gave us a detailed quote which they kept to. They arrived on the appointed days at the agreed times and completed the job in a timely manner, carrying out the work efficiently and carefully, including some unforeseen repair work (billed separately) which was needed to do the job properly. At the end of the job the waste was removed promptly and with no fuss, leaving a tidy finish. Kevin was available to answer questions at all times and was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend Kevin and his team at Archer Roofing Ltd after using their services to replace our roof in 2021. Very responsive to initial queries and throughout the process of selecting and replacing our roof. Professional and considerate. Additionally, a few weeks after finishing our roof, our house was in the path of the South Auckland tornado mid-2021 and at short request Kevin came to check that the new roof was all ok and not damaged by the tornado to provide reassurance, which it was. Would use again if ever needed and have recommended to friends/family.

Kevin and his team were awesome! The quality of the workmanship was great. Their communication and reliability were excellent. The price was very reasonable and even when the job became more complicated than we had expected, Kevin was part of coming up with a great solution and implemented it quickly. Fast service fixing a leak on an older iron roof. I put in an website enquiry & got a call-back within minutes. Someone came to look at the roof the next day, and the job was done a couple of days after that. The roofer who did the work came from another larger job and worked after hours to get the leak fixed fast in the middle of winter. Thanks guys!

Kevin & team are incredible - everyone was super lovely and professional when on-site. Really appreciated them doing a temp fix on my leak over the holiday period as my re-roof kept getting pushed out due to bad weather. I have had different trades-persons coming for quotes, including another roofer, only Jake would park his vehicle on the road and carry the ladder to my door.
